Customer Success Manager


As a Client Success Manager, you will be the key liaison between our company and C-level executives at prospective client organizations. Your role will be to establish and nurture relationships with these leaders, inviting them to exclusive events where you will introduce and explain our cutting-edge products and services.

Once a sale is made, you will continue to be the primary point of contact, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are fully met. You will proactively check in with clients every other month, either virtually or through in-person visits, to monitor their satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Outreach & Engagement: Identifying and reaching out to new potential customers, particularly C-level executives, and inviting them to relevant events.
  • Sales & Presentations: Conducting presentations to explain our products and services, handling the sales process from start to finish.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients post-sales, ensuring they are satisfied and their needs are being met.
  • Regular Check-ins: Visiting clients every other month to provide a personal touch and ensure continuous satisfaction.
  • Issue Management: Acting as a reliable point of contact for clients, addressing any issues and coordinating with internal teams to provide solutions.
