What do you need?
- A way to get to destinations within the distances you choose
- A USB stick. You will need to prepare and manage the data by clearing the USB drive, copying necessary files onto it, and downloading additional files as required.
- A cell phone. If you run into trouble, you can call your dedicated tech to help you finish the work. You might also need to take pictures on site to send back to the main base
- Be clean when you take on the work: clean professional-looking clothes, not excessively sweaty or with foul odor
- Smile. A friendly attitude is a must. The clients must be grateful that you showed up and gave them help.
How do you actually get paid?
- After signing up and receiving confirmation that all your documents have been received, you will be on a list of people to contact to provide minor IT work in the regions you approve.
- When an opportunity arises, we will give you a call/text/email (your preference), and let you know of a task that needs to be done. Often, it is not immediate, but scheduled to be a few days out. You can choose to accept the role or pass it for another person, as your schedule dictates. A person with more successful service will be given more priority
- Minimum payment is for the hour. The task often takes much less time. The timer begins when you get to site. You are responsible for your own transportation.
- You will have direct support while you are on site in case you run into issues.
- After a successful completion of the work, you will receive your payment in the form of Venmo, Paypal, or other similar means. Great job! Now, do another one!
