The Marketing and Social Media Analyst/Specialist generates and publishes engaging content with the intent to attact target customers of Techellence. To do this, the role involves researching market trends, identifying key customer segments, and leveraging various marketing strategies to reach and engage them. The specialist will also provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to enable the executives and sales teams to make informed decisions, ultimately fostering stronger connections with prospective clients and driving business growth. Specifically, the person shall:
- Create engaging daily posts across various social media platforms to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Produce recurring blog content that establishes Techellence as a thought leader and trusted solution provider for customers' technical needs.
- Contribute to shaping marketing content including the company website, printed materials, and future initiatives, enhancing customer perception and building trust in Techellence’s expertise.
- Monitor and manage social media channels, promptly responding to customer interactions to foster positive relationships, generate quality leads, and strengthen the company’s reputation.
- Generate and qualify leads, attracting Techellence’s target customers and passing them to executives and the sales team for relationship-building.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing executives and sales teams with actionable insights to better meet market demands.
- Analyze marketing and sales data from various analytics tools to refine strategies and enhance performance.
- Provide strategic guidance on sales strategies, offering improvements and taking on marketing initiatives that attract new customers and drive growth.
